How do I track my order?

You can track your order directly using the link provided in your order confirmation e-mail, if you can't find the link or if it doesn't work for you don't hesitate to contact us.

Can edit or cancel my order?

Before your order has been processed and shipped out in our warehouse, we can edit the order for you. Don't hesitate to contact us and we will help you as soon as possible.

Tracking says delivered but I haven't received anything.

We recommend contacting your local post office or postman as soon as possible to inquire about the recipient. Your parcel may have been delivered to a neighbor or could be awaiting pick-up at the local postal station. Please double-check the delivery address for accuracy. If needed, you can also contact the shipping carrier directly to obtain additional details or initiate an investigation. 

Tracking says it has been returned to sender.
What can I do?

Your parcel could have been returned to the warehouse for various reasons, e.g. incomplete address.

Please contact us and we will help you resolve the problem and arrange a reshipment.

The items seem to be damaged or broken on delivery.

Please send us a message, we will help you resolve this issue as soon as possible.

You will receive an e-mail containing your tracking number once your package has been shipped from our fulfillment center.
Please remember that the courier does not deliver on Holidays. 
 
All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times.

Shipping Address Accuracy:
It is crucial for customers to provide accurate and complete shipping addresses when placing orders. We rely on the information provided at checkout and cannot modify shipping details once an order is on its way.

In the event an item is delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error, we cannot be held liable for misdelivered items. Such circumstances may not qualify for a refund or replacement.

Immediate action is advised if an error in the shipping address is detected post-purchase. While we cannot promise alterations can be made post-dispatch, early contact increases the possibility of correcting the address before shipment.

For items returned to us due to incorrect addressing, re-shipment to a corrected address is possible, subject to additional shipping charges.
