How do I track my order?

You can track your order directly using the link provided in your order confirmation e-mail, if you can't find the link or if it doesn't work for you don't hesitate to contact us. If you have a tracking code you can enter it in our order tracker.

Can edit or cancel my order?

Before your order has been processed and shipped out in our warehouse, we can edit the order for you. Don't hesitate to contact us and we will help you as soon as possible.

Tracking says delivered but I haven't received anything.

We recommend contacting your local post office or postman as soon as possible to inquire about the recipient. Your parcel may have been delivered to a neighbor or could be awaiting pick-up at the local postal station. Please double-check the delivery address for accuracy. If needed, you can also contact the shipping carrier directly to obtain additional details or initiate an investigation. 

Tracking says it has been returned to sender.
What can I do?

Your parcel could have been returned to the warehouse for various reasons, e.g. incomplete address.

Please contact us and we will help you resolve the problem and arrange a reshipment.

The items seem to be damaged or broken on delivery.

Please send us a message we will help you resolve this issue as soon as possible.
