30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return—even if you’ve used the pen!
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the pen must be in its original condition with all parts included.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact our support team at support@simplpens.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return. We also appreciate any feedback that helps us improve our products.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a defective or incorrect item. Please note that shipping delays due to customs clearance, which are beyond our control, are not considered valid reasons for initiating a return.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your pen for a different model or color, please mention it when requesting your return. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Non-Returnable Items
Consumable items such as ink cartridge sets and ink bottles cannot be returned.
Defective or Damaged Products
If your pen arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately, and we’ll provide instructions for a return or replacement.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
